RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our 60-day guarantee

Your Maison Vesper timepiece should feel right on your wrist. If it doesn't, you have 60 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the product price.

What we ask

To be eligible for a refund, your watch must come back to us:
- Within 60 days of the delivery date
- In its original condition, with no damage beyond normal handling
- With its presentation case and all accessories

Items showing signs of wear, damage or misuse may be refused or refunded in part.

Starting a return

Write to help.maisonvesper@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on why you're returning. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the watch arrived faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover it entirely.

Use a tracked service. We can only refund a parcel that reaches us.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Original shipping costs, where they were charged, are not refunded.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Alongside our 60-day guarantee, customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Simply notify us at help.maisonvesper@gmail.com before those 14 days are up. Return shipping remains at your expense.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? The quickest route is a refund on the first watch and a fresh order for the one you'd rather have.

If something is wrong with your order

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every timepiece carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, running from the delivery date. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance, or damage from unauthorised repair.
