Before your order ships

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day.

Delivery times

Expect your watch 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. These are estimates rather than guarantees — delays caused by carriers, customs or exceptional circumstances fall outside our control.

Shipping costs

Any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Following your parcel

You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active, so don't worry if the link looks empty at first.

Your delivery address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Write to help.maisonvesper@gmail.com straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Customs and import charges

International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and aren't included in the price at checkout.

If your parcel goes missing

Nothing after 25 business days from dispatch? Contact help.maisonvesper@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you get a replacement or a full refund.
