1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on maisonvesperco.com. Placing an order means accepting them in full.

2. Our products

We sell watches and related accessories. Descriptions, specifications and photographs are given in good faith and as accurately as possible. Minor variation in finish or colour rendering isn't grounds for a claim.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Shipping, where it applies, appears separately before you confirm payment. Prices may change at any time — the one that applies to you is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. Placing an order

Your order becomes binding once payment is confirmed and you've received an order confirmation by email. No confirmation? Write to help.maisonvesper@gmail.com.

We may decline an order, in particular where there's a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an unresolved dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. We process your order once payment is authorised.

6. Delivery

Orders leave us within 1 to 3 business days and arrive 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Full detail sits in our Shipping Policy.

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a purchase, without giving a reason.

On top of that, Maison Vesper offers a commercial 60-day money-back guarantee. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantees

Whatever commercial guarantee we offer, you keep the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided by consumer law. Both apply free of charge.

9. Commercial warranty

Each timepiece is covered for 12 months against defects in materials or workmanship, from the delivery date. Excluded: normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance, and damage from unauthorised repair.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question, so far as the law allows.

11. If something goes wrong

Please write to help.maisonvesper@gmail.com first — most things are settled quickly and amicably. Customers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of [PAYS / France].
